The process, step by step

    Approve timecards

    Department heads, accountants, and producers review and approve timecards in Revolution.

    We calculate the full burden

    Revolution computes gross wages, employer taxes, fringes, union benefits, and processing fees.

    Production funds the payroll account

    Production wires or transfers the calculated funding to the dedicated payroll account.

  4. 4

    We process payments

    Revolution issues payments to cast and crew, files tax deposits, and remits union benefits.

  5. 5

    Reporting and reconciliation

    Full reporting flows back into production accounting for reconciliation and cost reports.
